Perhaps 海蓉 is better suited for night stints, those 眼袋 are not very appropriate in morning shows and should be avoided
Especially in GMH when a caster really needs to look 醒神

Acne control is very important to a caster during outdoor assignments

She could've used slightly heavier makeup and cleaner hair style (this here is too long, obscuring right eye, ponytail is appropriate)
And cameraman could've used better aux lighting

No offence but this curly hairstyle is really not appropriate

Previous straight hairstyle is better... ponytail style would even be a bonus
