Right............. for people like me, I prefer buying some time off by spending a bit more................. $7.7 to CA is no good for me.

Yes, if time is a matter, then I won't choose to save 30 or 40 bucks!  However, if I have a whole day's time to explore, then spend a few bucks by taking bus to explore is enjoyable indeed!!

But it takes too long and makes the journey boring and makes you physically exhausted!
