From my experience with this sauna, though it is relatively new compared to others, their renovation worn out very quickly.  It is now small and worn out already.  Also, food and drink are so so and limited.  Most important of all, the BGs (software) are quite sub-standard.   Forget it!!!  So for me, I will not go here for good massage nor for good special service,

Agreed but last month when I was there, they even running out of egg for sandwiches and noddles ....   Also, the no. of waiter/wairess was very limited - 1 lady PR manager, 1 waitress and 1 bartender only.

By the way, it was around 1:30am, a little late by still too little staff serving ...

You are right it was Sunday night however there was quite a no of customer there and I did not understand why so little staff there.  Worse of all, the Bartender also comes up to help and touch those towels!!! and then prepare service without washing hard.  Bartender should work on food only NOT other duties la.
