as a frequent visitor and member of this forum, I found Whitekitty brother's comment is quite neutral and fair which not just protect shop owner and BGs's interest but members as well.  So let's be more mature and follow the norm of happy sharing while don't put anyone in troubles or being hurt.  Express unhappy about a BG is OK but we really need to be very careful as for the moderator there is no way to judge if the complaint is legitimate or not, so I think some "to-the-point" complaint but not too destructive to BG is fine and I think as frequent readers of this forum, we will get what you mean or react accordingly.  Thanks all for bearing my lengthy 2-cents comment.
