So far finding quality in Guangzhou is a big problem. The outcall massage services are often rude, low class, deliver bad (ugly!) quality. The health centres in the hotels are more friendly but still quality is not high. Some of the spas are OK but they cost more. How I wish our Shanghai agents start a business in Guangzhou....

I find most hotels in guangzhou with a health center can send a masseuse up to your room, once they confirm you are a hotel guest (may call back to your room to check). And even if the manager says it is totally vegi, the masseuse will normally offer extra after a while.
远洋 hotel in Huanshi dong lu offers two type - 保健 which include HJ in the price (398) and 东莞一条龙 (898). Both expensive and bad.
