Fully agreed and understood of what you wrote.  

Nowadays, the so "qualified" BGs might not be working anymore
in the sauna parlour houses.        Regret!

those open big BGs are basically from King's sauna
if there are clients want the service, they will take taxi to HK Rainbow
You can have them in King's sauna at $800+ instead

Yes,  the trip is so short that it takes about 2-3 minutes
to arrive there.   
The same BG - Different places, different prices.
