According to my poor memory, the followings were the
experiences which my friend had encountered at the pools
and at the rest lounge:   

1) 我朋友K君在水池範圍走過, 冇着住拖鞋,
    有個水池的職員大聲呼喝問他: 你點解吾着鞋?   

2) K君在休息室叫了西瓜, 正當佢放西瓜片入口時,
    職員又喝佢: 你吾好食住!   
    其後職員退回西瓜給水吧, 冇任何解釋.

Yes, it sounds impossible to believe these
happened in a grand sauna.   

As a sauna visitor, my main concerns are:
1) Good customer service (Staff), and
2) Good skill and service manner (BG)

If I would go for the genuine massage,
