I like this place. It is quiet, cozy. While the deco is not new, has been the same for many years, it is clean and classy.
However, the BGs' quality is not that high. A bit of a disappointment.  I used to mark 20 (petite, nice looking, relatively young girl), 80s (the one from Beijing and her predecessor, a local girl with nice figure) when it was still Shanghai 30.  Too bad I can't find quality BG there now.

It is a promotion.  If you are new to the place, I think you could get the special. If you tell them you are new and you want to try at the special price, I think you will have a good chance to get that.

not sure what happened to 22. But if you are looking for good bone skill, 28 and 29 are good choices. 20 is also good. Don't expect anything more than regular service.

Yes, some bgs have unbelievable expectation and the gut to ask for $400. Hey, but may be that's because some rich guys give them big tips so they expect everyone will tip them like that.
