I may be wrong , but I do'nt think ...applying B group can avoid the dillution of 1 man 1 lot.
As the chance for group B is only 1.33 % while for group A  the worst one is 1,40 %.

Hence  the chance for group A is  better.
However, you cannot get more than 7,000 shares in group A. while you can get up to 829,500 shares in Group in B....... Of course if you have the money.
Our brother is only   modest only.    He has the money to apply group B  so that he tries  to get as much shares as possible.
