frankly, I think 19,000 is safer, 20,000 is not very safe indeed.

Not long ago, many people in this forum were saying 21,500 as the bottom but how wrong now.

Yes, keep CASH and 19,000 should be quite safe. otherwise, it will become a real market crash if to 17,000 etc. At 17,000, it is @28% off from the peak @23,500.
