Property stocks is UP UP UP, today has raised 337 points is HSI-property index

Most of them going up today except SHK

This time property stocks going up is very predictable, most of people suggested it and then it goes up like rocket

If talking about the actual profit, I believe most of developers are NOT so good due to quiet market in 2006

Maybe a trap but just merry go round. One week it is property, another week, it is telecom, and another week, it is financial institutions!
