Rainbow is actually a hj-based sauna and there is even an ml package provided. Perhaps the management withheld special services from you last time as you were a new customer.
If the bg then put her hands inside your shorts at that time, she may have done so to please you since she was told not to offer special to you. She simply did not want you to feel totally disappointed.

decent vegi saunas include 東方棕泉(2 hr session cost 6XX - 7XX), 大班 (7XX), 皇室宮殿 (7XX), 浪濤沙 (5XX-6XX up).

An example of vegi saunas with hj as a bonus is 銀泉.
