The reason why I am insistent is,
while you rely on your past experience
(which was a temporary measure of giving away coupons
unconditionally during first few days),
I get regular updates from the staff, and,
as you can see, I get info from the sauna owner right from the beginning.
If you ask any of the management whether they have given away
coupons during that 'grace period', they will admit.
But if you ask them if they
now still give away coupons to
customers who pay the already-discounted charges during discount hours,
they will definitely say
no.
Of course I myself was also given coupons unconditionally
during the first week commencing (and even before) 11 Feb.
I simply do not want reading fellow members here to get
confused with payment issues.
You have total freedom to
try and ask for coupons,
but to say you
will definitely get coupons
now irrespective of conditions
(in your previous posts) is misleading and causing confusion.

shall we close the subject which has dragged on long?
