Almost all of the relatively young girls can provide full VAS in addition to vegi (not to say the mid girls). Their only concern is a new customer might trick them by tipping them very little, even none (in some upsetting cases). (I think some cheap guys tip very very little or none after enjoying full VAS because they feel that the bg is 'easy-going' with customers and so they take advantage of the bg, which is really unacceptable).
Maybe 1^ was not sure how you would tip. Maybe if you had insisted that you would tip her decently, she would have given you the full enjoyment.
So next time, you can either remark her or try another. In any case, if you feel like releasing your load, affirm to the bg that you are already not new to the sauna and that you would tip her what she expect. This should work.
btw, !^ claimed that I was the first guy she had jxxxxx off since she started work after her training.
