I heard that the standard price will be $558 plus $200 tips (expected)
And the first 1 year will definitely has no VAS at all

no,  standard price for 2 hr is 592, not 588.

But as I have written, dup 1 hr (44X) 1 hr extra free during first month,
and $100 coupon for next time use every time you pay for 2 hr from 2nd month onward.
