many yrs ago at Windsor (before reopen), my friend and I went and share a room. 2 bg keep talking and talking and about her customer A gave them $500 tips and so.... even I was fresh in massage, I kno ...

Before Windsor reopened (as Spa). under the old  owners and management,
there were management problems. Management kept changing because of more-than-one ownership background.
But now the ownership of Windsor Spa, though again not in a single person,
is much more united than the old ownership, and exercises collective supervision
and direction of the current management.
