Starting from 5 May, there will be a Program on Pearl talking about coffee.  The program is called "The Great Italian Coffee".  I have seen the promotional copy.  It is quite interesting.  All Coffee Lovers, don't miss it!

The first episode is being shown tomorrow evening.  It's about how coffee is introduce to the Western world through Venice from Middle East.  It's quite interesting and you can see the first Cafe in Venice - Cafe Florian

This coffee is from Indonesia.  Itis called Luwak coffee.  It is much more expensive than the Blue Mountian.

Illy is good but the coffee is roasted in Italy and shipped to here.  Taste may be affected.

In fact, freshly grinded coffee is much better.  Cova is one of the oldest restaurant with good cafe in Milano (just learn from the program "The Great Italian Cafe").  Although it is expensive, it is worth....

有否留意最近麥記的所有咖啡都係即磨, 並且用上McCafe的杯, 一般跟餐轉飲8oz咖啡加$1.5。
曾到兩間麥記試味, 都覺得奶的份量奇少, 因為有心裡準備的關係, 第二次叫佢比 ...

In order not to cool down the temperature of the coffee, we should not add the packed milk as supplied by McDonald.  Good resturants/cafe will provide you hot/warm milk.
