東海 is no good.  They downgraded themselves to become the cheap eats.  This is a case study on how you can ruin a brand so quickly and so completely. I would rather choose 鴻星 between the two。

魚翅城 - I rate them highly.  Their dimsum is probably among the best, hotel restaurants included.  I am going there at least twice a week.  Their quality is probably better than most restaurants in 5 star hotels, yet their prices could be 20% - 30% cheaper.

I never said 鴻星 is good but 東海 is terrible.  I won't go to neither anyway.

If you go to a restaurant at Cheung Sha Wan and HungHom, you get the service that is commensurate with Cheung Sha Wan and Hunghom.  What else can you expect.
