The gain not enough to cover the interest cost???? You must be out of your mind.  If at 3.3% allocation, it's not enough to cover interest cost, why would people bother to subscribe to IPO.

At this rate, and if he were to subscribe through HSBC, his costs, interest, handling, brokerage, .... should not be more than 4% all up. This gotta be the perfect IPO.
