no la... there is a working visa for ppl stay in australia... which means she can work (even as prostitute, it's legal there) for 1 year.... study or not... no one knows... but actually when i went there visited some of the HK gals... (use to work in mongkok), they all say they're student lor.... but in fact they just use working visa there to ear quick $$$...
