I have been to this place once about 2 months ago.  The very first unpleasant thing is the lift.  It is small and not exclusive for the club, so literally you have to queue up to take the lift which took maybe 5 mins for me waiting. The room is relatively new and the normal standard deco. (looks grand ) but the karaoke system and equipment does not match the charges.  Also the girls as mentioned are old birds, and that time for me, the mamasan(s) (more than one) asked a lot of outsiders ( not part time but work in other clubs like Kam Bik or No.( Club), and bring in girls 3-4 at a time...
All in all, unpleasant experience and unlikely to re-visit.

For Pudong area, go to the Small K at Pudong Ave. ching Haidada recommended a few months ago la...I am sure you will have GREATTTTTTTTTTTT time there..although quality of k-girl is just average.

Do you mean "HONG QIAO" in the older airport area?? If so, yes, the price there is much cheaper, though rooms may be slightly smaller.  I once met SAMO HUNG there...
