I agree with you, brother. Clear market position is very important to run a business. If they want to keep the sauna as a high end position, then, it is no reason to down the price anymore. In most of time, reducing the price means down grade of service, food quality, and staff morale. You can not serve all kind of customers with a single offer. If the sauna can really provide "value of money"(not added value) services, they can keep their position in market. By the way, I absoultly agree that paying tips $20-30 as tip tp bgs is quite unacceptable, if the bg is really not up to your standard, you should change her as early as possible, instead of using this excuse not to pay tip.
