As for the singing part, if you don't mind singing in the lobby (which has better sound system)

I would say the batch of girls at daytime are better than those at night.

I think they would surely give the rooms to groups of customer as the priority. Single customers like myself will be really hard to get a room unless there're not much others going or at least not much of their favourite customers going

If they do have room available for you, the charge of either sitting in the lobby or any room will be the same.
