1. The MM shown you the tips slip 2nd probably afraid that you may changed your mind afterwards and pay less at the cashier. You don't need to sign anything in room, as soon as you are out at the cashier, they will ask you how much you want to tip if no one mentioned before.

2. $700 is the standard price.

if you know the BG more, some can offer real full package when you bring $1000 inside and pay 500 outside.

I've tried a few too, my favourite so far is 露 only. Any suggestion on bgs that are more 玩得? (ie not that 斯文) Thanks!
