In 銅鑼灣 :

Try  ToTT's Asian Grill & Bar  at The Excelsior.  When you make reservation insist on a table next to the window.  AND if you have all night, get seated at around 8:30, as live music and dancing starts at 10 Mon-Fri.  Do look up their web page, and call them up and ask for a few prices on their menu, see if they fit your budget.

Try Riva at the Parklane.  Book early and you may get a window table.  Definitely better than Tott's.  Live music but light & easy from 8:45 pm.  The singer Sue Ann is pretty good.

YES, RIVA is good.  I like especially their reasonably priced vintage wine list.  Some of their older wines were cheaper than the retail prices downstairs at the Watson's Wine Cellar.
