You can still ¦X®a¾A¦X¦a relax, but, according to the girls I know, the customer mix has changed considerably since opening.  Many more customers looking for added services now, and too many girls looking for customers (in preparation for the new space, management has relaxed [eliminated?] the minimum hours/month work rules for girls to work there, and continues to take on more new girls).  Most girls won't provide extras on the first visit (though some have!); usually three-four visits are the norm before wishes can be granted.  The main reason for this is the girl wants to first establish a reasonable prospect of a regular returning customer who can fairly compensate her for the extra effort.  Otherwise not worth it to them to go the extra mile.

Given the openness of how extras are now performed in the rooms, it seems the girls have little fear of being caught in the act.  I can only conclude that management is quite aware of what's going on (as they certainly are at Windsor's sister sauna ºû´ä), and will not do anything to discourage new customer flow.

I guess, in the end, the market sets the rules!

I think management originally wanted to do a high-end spa that both men and women could equally use, but they have never really marketed that offering well.  While there are women who do use the spa services, their ratio to male customers remains very low.  I don't think management has ever had any real experience marketing spa services to women, so they have defaulted to what they know best, which is servicing a male market.  Perhaps that may change with the addition of the 2nd floor, and if they hire a marketing manager who knows how to attract female customers to use the facilities.

In addition to my leg, my head often has a lot of tension.  Some of the bgs are really good at head massage, using lots of circular motion and light touch around the eye.  ¯SµÎªA¡ISo I love to finish my session with a good head massage!

Why is it so many C hings gotta ask for numbers here?  No one ever told me which numbers to try; I went and did my own hunting!  And quickly found the bgs that fit my style.  Hunting was 90% of the fun!  If I chose instead to follow the lazy crowd, I would have missed some real gems!!

My criteria are simple:

1) Find the bgs that can massage per my standards.  The ones that don't make it past this first criterion don't get a second visit.  Not to say that the ones that fail my standards are bad; they're just not my style.  However, they may be a perfect fit for other bros.  

2) Find the bgs that have the right personality to make my time in the room enjoyable.  For me this means knowing when to talk and when to be quiet.  And when chatting, I prefer a parley that shows intelligence and wit.  More fun can only follow . . .

Criteria 1 and 2 put me where I want to be, and can usually be assessed within 1 visit.  I will then keep visiting those bgs that fit my style.  What happens from there is but chemistry and good fortune (though I must say that, in the past two+ years, I've landed in the zone for every bg I've set my sights on).

So get off your lazy asses and go visit the girls.

Oh, and don't forget to tip well!  The real diamonds are worth it!!

I don't understand all the fuss about VAS "price lists". There are no VAS "price lists".  Every bg has her own criteria on price.  And different customers are willing to pay different prices depending on what they want/get.

I pay $400-500 tips for three sessions, depending on the bg and the service.  Tips are paid at the counter on the way out. I don't pay in the room, although most bgs might prefer I did so in order to save the 10% skim by management on her tips (e.g., if I pay $500, management takes $50 and the bg gets $450).  But I don't want to hide money in something to take into the room, so the bg gets her tip from me at the front desk.  Since I am a regular customer to most of my bgs, they are fine with this.

However, I know some customers who do things differently.  One (who posts here somewhat often) takes $500 into the room to put some immediate incentive on the table, as he doesn't have much patience to build relationships with the bgs first.  If the bg takes up his incentive (which isn't always the case), she gets the $500 in the room and then another $200 at the front desk. So she gets $700 for her troubles (actually $680 after management takes $20 from her $200).

Then I know another customer who maintains an account for himself and his company staff at the front desk.  At the end of the each 2-3 hour session, staff will pay a $500 tip, and then he will MATCH each $500 tip with another $500 when the monthly bill is tabbed!  So the bg gets a $1000 tip for her troubles (actually only $900 after management takes its slice)!  Understandably, the bgs chase these customers rather aggressively . . . (Oh, if only I had a boss like this!!)

So the point here is that different customers are paying different prices for the same thing; thus it's up to you and the bg to come to mutually agreeable terms.

Keep in mind that what most bgs are looking for are REGULAR customers that they can depend on for REGULAR income.  If you can meet this criteria, you may find your flight tax to be quite reasonable!

One of my bgs divides her customers into three catagories:

1) Veggies. These customers don't ask for VAS. $100/hr is standard tax for veggie and is quite welcome by most bgs. $50/hr is generally frowned upon by bgs, and repeat visits at this rate are tactfully discouraged. In the bg's point of view, a $50/hr customer is taking away opportunity for her to do a $100/hr customer.  And if there isn't a $100/hr customer waiting, then the bg would rather be playing Mah Jong or Doh Di Zhu with her mates in the waiting room (as she can win more at the table than on the table, so to speak!).  Worst are the wannabe repeat customers who only do repeat one-hour sessions at $50/hr and can't understand why the bg isn't friendly anymore.

2) Regular customers. These are loyal weekly, bi-weekly or monthly repeaters.  Some lucky bgs have daily repeaters!!  Understandably, bgs love these customers best. Expanded menu of services are available to loyal regulars; variable pricing, but, at a minimum, should be more than the $100/hr standard veggie rate.

3) ªá¤ß«È. These are the guys that float from bg to bg, looking for the latest and greatest ¯«¤§¤â. Girls know most of these guys won't be loyal customers, so after a couple of persistant visits by this kind of customer the bg may lay a high price on the table. A $500 minimum tip for two sessions is typical.  Interestingly, though, many of these customers decline to pay that! And even more interestingly, more than a few of these customers then jerk themselves off in front of the bg when the bg refuses to do it for them!  In general, the girls don't mind when these customers don't come back.

Whatever kind of customer you are, in the end it's all about commerce.  And, like in any business, loyal customers tend to get the best value for money.

Bgs that provide VAS at Windsor have the right to do so on THEIR terms, not customers' terms.  Bgs come to work at Windsor in part because the high-class nature of Windsor gives them much more control over the kinds of customers they choose to serve or not.  Some girls may allow some touching by some (not all) customers, but most DON'T LIKE IT.  If they say no, they mean it.  If you can't keep your hands off of their bodies when they ask you to stop, then you need to think about going to a different sauna.  

Respect, brothers, respect . . . and be kind.

Windsor always had minimum hour booking rules for the girls, but for a long time never enforced it.  Perhaps now they want to look for excuses to get rid of the less popular girls??

I know management had a group meeting with the girls a little over a month ago to tell them they now had to come to work on time.  Should they continue to clock in late, they'd have to stay on call to make up for the time they were supposed to be on shift.  In other words, if they come to work an hour late, they'd have to stay an hour longer before they could leave to go home.

As I mentioned before, Windsor has been hiring more girls to get ready for the new space on the 2nd floor.  Hopefully, when that space opens, supply (bgs) and demand (customers) will be in better balance.  Until that time, though, it is tough for the growing crowd of bgs to make their hours, and their income.  

For Windsor management to put the screws on the girls to drum up more customers in advance of opening up the new space is a bit harsh.  The number of current massage rooms remains fixed, and thus the number of possible customers served at a given time remains fixed.  Cutting up that fixed pie among more girls and then demanding that the girls increase their share of the pie cannot yield good results for either management or the girls.  Though many more customers may benefit from the increase in sexual services many more girls will feel compelled to provide in order to increase their share of the fixed pie, I, as a long-time customer, would not welcome such an outcome.  

Windsor, even before the latest pressure from management, is already a discreet airport guised up as a veggie palace.  This is fine for those that like that service (nod, nod, wink, wink); and for those that prefer straight veggie.  What I can say about Windsor is that, up until recently, most of the girls could actually provide a very good massage whatever your service perferences were.  That seems to be changing.

Many of the new girls I've tried don't have the massage skills to survive in a veggie environment.  And many of these girls make it clear that VAS is on the menu for the first visit.  Windsor is fast becoming a non-discreet airport.  And I think management knows this, if not indeed is encouraging this transition.  I have heard from bgs coming from ºû´ä that Windsor PR has asked those former ºû´ä bgs to "'take care' of this old Windsor customer" (nod, nod, wink, wink) before the customer enters the room.

I have seen transitions like this happen before: veggie to airport; airport to FS.  The result is that many good bgs will end up leaving because (1) it wasn't what they originally signed up for, (2) they lose control over which customers they are willing to serve, and (3) they cannot (and do not want to) compete with newer bgs who are willing to provide a greater array of sexual services, often for less money (tips).  For those of us who still like a good skillful massage irregardless of VAS, we will certainly lose out in the end.  Just look at ºû´ä as an example; there are very few good capable bgs working there now; most customers go there strictly for the airport+ experience now.

If Windsor management reads this thread (and I know some in management occasionally do), please hear my plea to keep the standards at Windsor closer to veggie status.  That means to reduce pressure on the girls to generate more bookings from customers, at least until the new space opens.

And when the new space opens, management must try to keep the supply of bgs in line with the number of customers.  Too many bgs, too few customers, yields a bad sauna in the end.

What you say here about customers moving on to other BGs is quite accurate, and many of the senior BGs know this (by senior, I mean girls that have been working at Windsor longer).  They tell me that Windsor customers have changed a lot over the past 1-1.5 years.  ¼ô«È¶V¨Ó¶V¤Ö¤F. Customers in general have become much more ªá¤ß, pressuring for VAS during their first visit, tipping as little as possible, and then changing to other BGs much more readily.  So some girls have resorted to asking for large tips to make the customer either put up or go away.  But these girls know in the end that, if more and more customers are no longer looking for skilled massage, they really have no future at Windsor, especially in light of more younger, more willing girls getting hired.  So we will certainly see more senior girls leaving if the present environment continues on its present course.

Personally, I do not want to see Windsor management lowering its standards to cater towards the lowest common denominator market.  But maybe I'm not the customer that Windsor wants anymore.  Although I visit often and tip well, in the end the girl gets most of my tip, so perhaps Windsor doesn't really care about me or customers like me.  What Windsor may be looking for now is greater customer churn (turnover) and hourly billing, which goes more directly into their pocket.  If more total hours can be booked for the company by hiring more girls to be on call, then the company may be happy with this arrangement.  But this makes it harder for girls to find new customers, which mostly occur from new walk-in customers being randomly assigned to waiting girls.  With so many girls waiting, there just aren't enough new customers to go around.  Then to expect the girls to have more and more customers book them by phone, well, this just isn't realistic.

I can only promise Windsor management that if all my girls leave, then I'll leave too.

Yes, this is what is really going out the window now.  Windsor doesn't seem interested in maintaining a minimum quality standard of massage for it customers anymore.  To say it again, many of the new girls I've tried don't have the massage skills to survive in a pure veggie environment.
