放鬆, brother!  Carmanlam is an outlier; not your average bloke (although he seems to want everyone to think everyone is like him).  I agree with you that extra services in a veggie sauna should be well under the radar; a private thing indeed.  And I really think that most customers would prefer to have it this way.  Let's just hope that management doesn't see this forum as representative of the silent majority of customers.

The problem with a forum like this is that it seems to mostly attract a certain kind of person (perhaps much like Carmanlam? ) who apparently doesn't have much of a sex life outside of a sauna, yet still needs help from others to find a "sure thing" inside a sauna.

Windsor management, please keep Windsor upscale and classy; a place that anyone can come to to enjoy themselves.

One of my girls explained the difference between open airport customers and veggie customers when it came to GFE.  It would make for an interesting post!  Let's just say, for the girls, many of their veggie customers' sessions don't end after the last bell; veggie customers can be much higher maintenance!

And, guys, when you finally get the courage to ask these girls out for a date and they say "no, sorry, I already have a boyfriend", please don't forget that they are working for money and you are paying them money, and in the end that's what it is all about!  No need to suffer a broken heart!

(TAW, I know you have some long-time regulars at Windsor; have them show you a sampling of the SMS/Whatsapp messages they get from some of their GFE-seeking customers.  Very enlightening!)

None of our business??  Carmanlam, it's YOU who makes your sex life everyone's business!  Just about everytime you post something in these forums, it's about your sex life, which mostly occurs in saunas.  You even mention your gf here!  So we all just have to wonder, does she ever do anything for you?  Otherwise, why are you in such great need to constantly look for someone else to give you a HJ?

This indeed may be just a symbolic effort by management, but the response may show that management is actually sensitive to its public image.  Which it needs to be, as there clearly is a public image problem when Windsor's female customers have become aware that the place is an open airport to the male market.

Again, what management really needs to do is not put on shift more girls than there are rooms to work in, and to hire/maintain girls whose massage skills are sufficiently good to survive in a veggie environment. Any VAS provided should be optional and kept well under the radar, and not be a standard offering on the menu because too many girls are starving for enough customers to pay their rent and take care of their parents and kids.

No girl in her right mind would.  Most BGs I know who are aware of this forum hate it; it's caused them more problems, and given them more problem customers, than they'd have had otherwise.  Thanks, mainly, to trolls like Carmanlam/MakeMyDay.

Carmanlam/MakeMyDay is the epitome of the nightmare customer that exists in Windsor and in this forum.  But I have seen PM traffic from others who post here, and can say that too many happily betray the girls that service them.  I really don't know why they are compelled to do so.  Many are in their 40s and 50s, the height of middle age.  But they act like pimply teenagers insecure of their manhood.  And it really seems most of their sex lives are now played out within the rooms of Windsor.  I guess they need comfort in knowing that others share their fate.

Freakin' sad, ain't it?

I don't understand.  What you are saying is that MMD's stated formulas are for calculating service personnels' daily wages (not tips)?  So, at the end of the month, an employee's mininum wages can be so highly variable, solely dependant on the daily customer count and calculations by management?
