Not bad. For the price of $250, I can say it worth the $$. The food is better than I expected.
Especially for the dessert, you have a selection of cakes...my favourite!
I chose the chocolate 軟心蛋糕, very tasty.

I tried the lobster soup that night, not bad though.
But maybe its too thick, it irritates my throat afterwards.

I also tried the caesar salad, very fresh. The cheese and bacon were wonderful....The dish was big!

AT Tsing Yi ……….It is not a big resturant , but the décor is  acceptable.The white surrounding is quite pleasant ..
With  the  hint  here, I ordered Crab meal & pesto soup rath ...
How much you pay for the dinner? I think its acceptable price in my memory.

What is pesto soup, garlic? Haven't heard of that...so strange~

I like the lamb too! Very good taste, soft and juicy..yummy!

The foie gras is not small...dont be greedy! You need to watch your cholesterol level~

I think the crab meat + tomato soup is much better than my lobster one. And i also believe this is the best lamb i ever had. Just like the steak from Entrecote. With slight carbon taste...
