Yes, even though they might not have been willing in the recent past, they all have to do so now, as hj is now an official plan.

mainly that the towels still smell a bit of disinfectant/bleaching, which is typical of many other saunas

Not many saunas are willing to spend money replacing towels regularly.

Is 凱旋門桑拿 still open?  Sometime ago when I walked by, looks like they are closed.  I used to go there when the time they were still called Hong Kong Sauna.  It was long long time ago!

佢令我想起做過當年凱門初開張時的39,
