I work for a small IT department looking after a network with a Win2003 server and a RS6000 machie.   It is not a very good field now because the technology is going so fast and our knowledge did not catch up. The worst thing is the user who want their problem get fixed right away.  They think we are 萬能.

You get high paid so u should know anything right?  I'm a project manager assistant / administrative assistant - work "above" receptionist, "under" everybody else.
