According to my poor memory, the followings were the
experiences which my friend had encountered at the pools
and at the rest lounge:

the waitresses in the rest lounge have been criticised (at least in this thread).

Yes, it sounds impossible to believe these
happened in a grand sauna.   

As a sauna visitor, my main concerns are:
1) Good customer service (Staff), and
2) Good skill and service manner (BG)
