However, not my cup of tea personally. The boss also got serious time management problems - many times ask me to come later or even pretend my appointment 30 mins later.

Agree.  But the reception's service to me is okay except last time.  I have already complained to her, see whether there're any improvement.

I have also tried yan, local "feel"..   again the attitude is good and VERY watery
