疑勾結網站 唱好表現

【明報專訊】廉政公署昨日採取大規模行動，將10多名來自本港3家窩輪發行商的人員帶返總部調查，懷疑有人在窩輪買賣上作出違法行為。

廉署發言人昨晚未有透露行動內容。但據記者了解，事件除了涉及窩輪發行商，還有網站負責人及財經評論員，懷疑有輪商與網站勾結，透過網站的分析文章和專欄，唱好個別窩輪表現，有人從中提供利益。

多家輪商兩年前曾被查問

另外，廉署針對輪商的調查其實已非新鮮事，早兩年亦有向多家輪商查問，懷疑當中有人製造虛假交易，惟調查一直未有結果，但未知是次行動是否當年調查的餘波。

現時獲港交所批准發行窩輪的發行商共有24家，較活躍的有東方匯理、法興、比聯、法國巴黎、荷銀、麥格理等。現時每日新增的窩輪數目有十多至最高近百隻，市面上的窩輪亦有逾千隻。

交投大增 24窩輪商競爭烈

港交所2002年重開窩輪市場後，參與本港窩輪發行的發行商不斷增多，由早期的10多家，增至現時的24家。窩輪交投亦大增，佔大市的交投比例由不足 10％，增至逾20％一天，最高峰時亦試過超越30％。輪商之間的競爭亦愈見白熱化，不單造就公司代言人每日在電台電視台大賣廣告，更經常舉辦投資者研討會，分析市况之餘，亦增加公司知名度及招客。

經營手法投訴不斷

交投大旺之際，質疑輪商經營手法的投訴亦不斷出現，據了解，證監會過往亦多次調查輪商的銷售手法，個別人士違規買賣窩輪亦時有所聞。投資者對輪商的投訴，主要集中在開價不公平、無限量增發，以及將差價定得太闊等。

去年9至10月期間港股屢創新高之際，窩輪成交也大增，因此有業界猜測，業界的違規問題，或在該段時間出現。然而，亦有業內人士估計，近月港股成交大減，窩輪交投亦受波及，故不排除有人為求「交數」，冒險以不恰當手法推售窩輪。

Why say that, it always happen, but for me, I hate doin' a swap in my job, and not thinkin' of money...I earned enough, but dun like change somewhere new, and start all over again...
