since my last bottle of 5 puttonyos Tokaji is probably not good enough for the gathering, I am finishing it right now while we speak.

The menu is almost the same as last year.  There's no 新意。 Fortunately, it's been a year, so hope you guys don't mind having the same thing we had 12 months ago.

BTW, anybody against 白肺湯？

I didn't mention that the menu cost $5,480 plus 10%.

errrr...it is too bad that my wine arrived like 2 days after the gathering....at the moment what i have with me is just a bottle of my wine and 2006 Greenock Creek Apricot Block.....is that good enough? since i saw ppl mentioning Run Rig level. I haven really up to that level yet........

Don't worry la.  He's just kidding.  We don't drink Run Rig all the time.  Sometimes, we just have to settle for a Wendouree or something for Australian wine.  

Don't feel pressured and come and enjoy the gathering.

Yes, I still have it.  But I am afraid it's not good enough for this occasion.  Unless you insist, I will reserve it for our next 街方價 gathering.

put me on this time...i hope i can gain lots of experience from you guys. Although i am selling wine but i am not as professional and still learning. So from ur previous experience how long before u want me to open the wine. For me, i usually open like 3-4 hours before i drink.

last thing wat time the dinner finish as i need to take mrt back to my house.....if it is over 12, can somone tell me how to get back to Tai Wai?

Don't worry. The bottles will be all finished by 10 pm so there's no point in hanging around.
