lol, getting into topics about alcohol... my parents drink wine, but i never caught on to the taste. however, i was taught by an ex-gf about drinking sherry, and high school friends drink absinthe, and i have a penchant for bourbon and scotch. otherwise, i know a little about how to mix drinks. i think cocktails are underrated in HK, but that's just my opinion.
i have some degree of allergic reaction to alcohol, so i drink very little, but i do love a good Georgia-style Mint Julep.
2 sprigs Mint Leaves
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Peach Flavoured Brandy
Place mint leaves in collins glass with ice. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and a little water. Muddle, then fill with brandy and peach liqueur. Decorate with mint leaves.
