Of all online dictionaries, the Cambridge Online is best for checking about usage.


I once saw a desktop with the e-version of the Oxford Advanced Learners'
nstalled. But that wasn't a CDROM. Does anyone have any idea what the programme is?

Is it possible to have COBUILD on one's desktop?

Mine (print) is an old version.

While there is no online version of Oxford Advanced Learner's, there is one for
the Compact Oxford English Dictionary.
