一係留起香港, 不過大部份位都係senior, 你要走出中層爬上去, 仲要識玩嘢多過做嘢
一係北上, 人工少1/3至一半, 但大把位, 但係要學識大陸文化至生存到, 上海有一大班呢D香港人

你講個班人遲早會比公司localized
要佢地北上一兩年去帶起D國內員工, 比足福利仲加薪
等D國內員工上軌道之後就减你一半人工, 睇你仲留吾留底

I dont recommend to setup your own IT company.
The economy does not favour small IT company at the moment.
HP, JOS, PCCW all are in sever competition and they are already operating in a very low margin.
You wont find enough business or enough operating margin to survive.

The only time when small IT company can survive is when the big names are overcharging the market.
But currently they are not.

So if you have the cash to setup your own IT company by now,
I would suggest you keep those money in the bank.
