oh my God, just follow what other people are doing, did not aware the change of rule.
I am a casual smoker, smoke or not really isnt a big deal.  Will not smoke again in there.  "Ng ho yi see"!!

actually, some ex-OPS BGs metioned that customers in windsor are less generous than those in OPS and some "down-to-earth" BGs even used the word, stingy.

I was a bit embarrassing   because I usually give 1:1.

1:1 should be normal in Windsor.  So far the BGs are quite happy during re-visit.

I can not afford more, so never visited OPS.  Don't want to be taken as 吝嗇
