got an unpleasant experience with this sauna recently to share with c hings here
i made a telephone booking for one recent hotty 技師, was told need to arrive immediately as she had booking afterwards...
I made a rush and upon arrival was told the 技師 was unavailable ! No explanation was offered !!
i could accept if 技師  was sick / absent but really upset if after my booking she was assigned to another frequent customer...

To me the revocation of booking upon arrival simply means that they don't care.

I have similar expereince too but not in Windsor, usually to new sauna where I am their new customer

c hing - i did ask and they were unable to give an answer...

In real world there might be an inequality of treatment but they just do it so obvious...

Just hope other c hings will not get similar treatment.

ironically i am a regular visitor to this place due to the location.

this unpleasant experience inspired me to say bye bye to it and try out other places.

to be fair, there are some good BG there and i will miss them ...
