Sorry what is BOH means?

oh.... 犀利..
都有做過三寶入面o既兩寶 (f&b同fo)
after graduate 去左做boh (human resources)
而家出左field lu....
but still many friends are still working in the field and I still have a lot of contact with hotel ppls..
macau o既hotel industry 越來越勁.... 好多hotel都係香港"撬"o的人過去...
well, 開荒牛係辛苦, but you will have a very good prospect coz not many ppl can gain such experience and 呢o的experience 對你o既job profile 係好有幫助...keep it up

雖則係chance in your hand.... 但唔係個個適合/頂得順開新檔o既混亂同緊張.....
so, 開新檔期間o既turnover 都唔細....

Well, for sure that team work is very important. However, that is always easier to said than done. Still, that's "people management" and really need time to shape a great team formation.

Totally agree that sometimes the colleague might be much more closer than the family members. I also have such bad experience... so, save some "quality time" with family if possible.
