I do have sleeping problem too. 4425 hing is right do some exercise
You do not have do exercise everyday, just few time a week and try to maintain as routine.
Also try something like rice or bread in dinner because carbon-hydrate will make you feel better next morning.

Totally agree with you.
8030a already good enough. Neumann are nice but a bit pricey. Interesting of that shop putting huge amount of equipment especially external clock.....
it is not the way I want.
