XtractHD : A daring process for creating natural sounding high definition CDs!  In a world where higher number like 24bits - 192kHz should look good, the truth is, it's a real problem when it is time to revert to 16bits / 44.1kHz.  You're asking the computer to calculate from 24bits -192kHz to a downsampling rate of 16bits / 44.1kHz. The nice sound is gone. Many studios take the 24bits of the computer, then move it to analog with 16 bits encoding. This may seem theoretically better, but it is not direct. It is computer generated, not musical.

MK WinWin used to have them, but i check 2 weeks ago for a friend and they were out; maybe you can order from them...

However, they are available at HMV for $135 each...

Personally, I like the whole series, but "BALLADS IN BLUE" is also my favorite; even some of the songs are used in the Burmester-CD 3 (was selling for $330 at WinWin, but its sold-out la) :  http://www.burmester.de/english/components/cd.html
