Tai, 唔該晒! 玩 blind tasting? 我連兩牙有什麼重要的葡萄都數唔晒, 更不要說是什麼味道, 真係要 Tai 兄指教指教. 但飲過一些Cava 就真的可說是平靚正!

I am going to ask them to substitute the Roasted Goose with 古法鹽焗雞.  The goose tonight didn't taste good.

Might have to give 燒鹅脾 a miss this time.

Thanks for the offer but I can get one from ah tai and that's enough.  I just want to share it with my friend who enjoys white.

For Mar 28th ~ May I bring back our Cantonese speaking lady guest we had last time we were at Yung Kee ?

If so,  I'd have a party of 3 persons.

I understand cia9999 would like to join too.  Let him confirm himself.

That's fine with me.  With cia9999, the total count would be 14 and this would be the max for a normal-sized room.

surely ok and 14 persons counted!

Really sorry for causing so much trouble to you all and thanks for all your kindness in delaying the function.  To show my gratitude for this special arrangement, I will also prepare a desert wine for the dinner.  The little tasting game I have prepared will be a pre-dinner warm up exercise, so you guys all just need to focus on stuff for matching the food.

Thanks again, and its so good to have nice pals like you all.
