Hi! This's Kathy and about white wine from Australia, I'd highly recommend Yattana, Panfolds but bit more expensive; besides, Chateau Fairview, Chadonnay, South Africa's the best choice also, and Domaine Laroche, Chablis 2003......

Beautiful Boy, by John Lennon, just remind me that's a song I hummed quite often for my son.  Well.....he's goin' to 9 and goin' bigger day by day.  I do like hold his little hand and play him a song, Waltz of Spring, by pinao..........Well....I dun think the best I tried's Screaming Eagle, and not the top of my list, simply sayin' Silver Oak's much more better, at least the price's what I can afford....

Silver Oak is also an not uncommon Napa wine, those when u look at it, u will be able to guess how is taste like.  
Anyway, u are such a woman who enjoys like much! good to hear that!  by the way, my friend was a Cable anchor now working in TXB news.

冇錯, Justin Mayor the wine maker, 可惜幾年前已經唔喺度. Screaming Eagle, 嘩, 諗到唔敢諗, 1年得嗰千零箱左右, 正如樓上位c hing講, kathy is such a woman enjoys like much!  好㗎! 後生女做又要做, 但又要識得享受生命, good. 等緊妳嘅story, 由napa到st helena, keep it on.

大部份新年份的 Latour 都係 $5k 有找, 10 支 Krug 96 差不多了. 唔係 NV. 比我就選 10 支 Krug 96 了.

should be a good year of Barolo, enjoy it!

Amarone  Classico, della Valpolicella, 1997. Verona, Italia, must try and absolutely fruity and aromatic smell. 2002's a great yr also.  One of my favor, and try findin' at Wan Chai, a small wine shop where near by 衛蘭軒 Vino Dacino, ask for Grace.

haha, u know Grace? she is my auntie.....

Amarone is always sweet and fruity, from dried grape..
