Windsor's management are a bit too casual and this could piss some new customers off. Some waiters don't seem to know what they're doing - maybe because they can't seem to keep their staff for long.
OPS (like you said) food quality is way better then Windsor - even in the pool area, the managent and staff in the rest area are more professional (and they seem happier).

我都不只一次回應說: (他們)要更認真點, 不過尼方面我以我少數去香港棕泉新址
的經驗, 又唔覺好幾多.
seem happier.....薀莎的管理人員, 有時在處理技師管理問題或
只是普通通傳, 有時顯得和她們說話
惡了點, 'mung', 就算技師有不合作, 要客人在休息室聽到
他們透過intercom「丙」人, 也不是好事, 但有無更好的方法?
有某職員對技師說話是'put on airs'.
我在薀莎開張首日就dup到而家,
冒大不諱提出.
還有, 最近有天去另一大場,比薀莎還早兩三個月開張,
它的masssage beds有爛即換.
