Unless tax dodgers are severely punished; and laws are enforced on anti corruption and/or money laundering, I am confident that China will default on its debt; not in conventional ways, but by picking the pockets of its innocent fellow citizens via a combination of less observable, yet historically verifiable policies ¡V inflation, currency devaluation and low to negative real interest rates.

And/or by provoking its nearby countries and pretending to be invaded, thereby getting involved in the conflicts in countrywide in such a way that attention could be diverted away from the bankrupted economy, like what the German did before the World War II.

In case these nearby countries are smart enough and not being tempted and get into the trick, then China would have got no alternatives but start the civil war with, you know, God damn it, I don¡¦t really want to quote its name here, you know, as its our poor little brother left in the Far East and it¡¦d nearly get to be one of our American states or a province of our loyal Japanese brother, if we¡¦d act more promptly and decisively some 60 odd years ago.

What a pity, God damn it, in fact, it¡¦d be our ideal floating naval base off the coast of China, yet on the other side of the strait guarding against the expansion of the native Chinese Communist, and could save us a huge amount of money in paying rent to the Philippines on hiring its naval base during the Vietnam war as well¡K

While talking about the corruption and/or money laundering, I can¡¦t deny that China has got a unique customs system in that it is considered to be the most effective and efficient way in running such a service in the world.

You can easily see how the system is operated by just staying a little while over the borders between Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as Macau respectively.

You¡¦ll see the ¡¥licensed¡¦ smugglers busy in carrying their designated red/white/blue tri-colors collapsible nylon bags with loads of bank notes putting inside crossing the borders every second.

I¡¦d call it ¡¥licensed¡¦ smugglers because customs officials on both sides of the borders used to turn a blind eye on those tri-colors bags as if the customs duties for the items inside have been pre-paid in advance, just like what the City of Westminster Council is doing in handling commercial waste collection in China Town of Central London.

The Council would only recognize the commercial waste putting inside those designated garbage bags (which have been pre-paid in advance with the costs cover the collection and disposal of the waste) marked with Council¡¦s logo and collect them from your door step right away.

Once this cheap and nasty money has crossed the borders and entered the properties market and/or casinos, it¡¦d then be ¡¥whitened¡¦ and become legal money dumping all over the world, of course including Hong Kong.

You don¡¦t have to ask me how and where the customs duties are paid, to be honest, I haven¡¦t got a clue.

What I¡¦d say is that they wouldn¡¦t eventually go to the revenue of the Treasury, that¡¦s it.

As a result, the Chinese government would become bankrupted at the end of the day, and be forced to do what I¡¦ve mentioned at the beginning of this article to save its economy, believe it or not.
