I really don't know how nose allergy feels but sure bet it is irritating.

少少事就sick leave都有少少過分

I think Mr Yeung should considering their healths as the fist priority!! Because employee is a possession!! Therefore if they are really ill please  approve their application of sick leaves rather than force them finishing their duties!!

I can assure that freezing rain is nothing close to pleasant, met a lot of it when I was in University. The whole segment forms a great combo with Karen as she acts as the opposite of cold and cruelness.
