話說上星期搬屋. 星期五transfer電話到新家. 發現冇 ringtone, 就打比telecomm, 我話叫佢查查發生mug事. 個女operator 叫我 check 曬所有 phone wall sockets. 照做 mug ringtone 都冇. 咁我話可能係佢地接線時出錯. 條女講在電腦上睇到 "the job is done". 再叫我搵個 adsl modem 出黎試, 我才沒有閒情同佢玩. 叫佢派人黎, 佢答我唔試就派唔到人黎.
呢d係 mug野 logic呀? 我同佢講 "don't worry about the internet connection now, i only need the phone to be working, pleeeeease". 條死八婆一句都冇就 put me on hold.
hold 左成半個鍾 (當然用handfree), 我用第二個手提電話打個 hotline. 接聽的是另一個人. 我同佢講 " please don't feel to be offended, because i am very angry at the moment" 然之後叫佢搵之前個條女. 隔左一分鐘, 之前果條女就一句 sorry 都冇 就話星期一搵人黎睇要收幾多錢. 錢唔係mug野大事, 我比錢係 services. 咁我問完 case number之後就問佢 mug名, 叫佢 teamleader 打比我.
又隔左半個鐘, 佢teamleader打比我, 又係一句 sorry 都冇, 就話星期一會有人去check. 聽到火滾, 咁就同佢講佢team member做錯mug.
1. 完全冇dial tone 仲叫我去 check modem (雖然一個係 high frequency 聽唔到的), 但是我要係 100% you product not 90% or even 50%.
2. 就係佢 put me on hold 之前佢要先同我講佢之後要做mug.
3. 就係both of you knew the customer wasn't happy, you didn't make any sorry wording.
之後佢就知死啦, 係咁 say sorry, 我同佢講 too late, i will consider to bring this matter to your supervisor or else.
