This place is old, no good food or drinks.  But considering the price, it is better than visiting those 足沐店, and ask for 鬼鼠機.  At least, it has a proper bathing place, and a bigger room.  I visit this sauna several times.  You don't normally have to share room before 2 p.m., but then you may have to part room for the 1st part service if more customers are coming.  Most BGs are at their late 20's or 30's. It is a good place to relax but don't expect too much.

$508 for 3 sessions, i.e. 2 hr 15 min.  $380 for 2 sessions (x45 min) is reasonable, with hj already.
For most foot baths on HK side, $100-120 for 45 min nowadays.  You have to pay additional $100 for hj.  There is no guaranteed privacy in those foot baths.

No need for tipping the girls.   You can't openly bring money in (unless you do it secretly, in a cigarette pack) the room.  you may give small amount ($10-20) to the locker boy, and ask the counter to keep the small change (less than $10). The counter won't accept tips for the BGs.

I have tried a few foot baths in Sai wan ho and SKW.  Comparatively, I prefer the OPS as the BGs need not do the HJ in a 鬼鼠 manner as in those footbaths.
