宜家叫Bonheur, 在上環文咸東街柏廷坊6樓, 好多人讚佢幾好兼唔收corkage
樓上8樓有間新開既twyst都唔收corkage

我又講下先
其實我覺得corkage係應該俾既
人地舖頭買杯洗杯都要成本
俾返d都好reasonable

不過corkage收幾多就好睇個地方同service
你收得錢不過用宜家d杯
仲要全晚得一隻杯無得換就唔得
又或者收幾舊水不過d侍應乜q都唔識就又係唔掂 (e.g. kee club!!!)
相反唔收錢仲有riedel杯既話咪可以當有賺囉

吹完水, 講返實際d, 我個人覺得Mirepoix收$100都可以接受
如果唔介意遠少少可以去柴灣Le Mieux, 真係唔收corkage又有riedel杯
Bonheur 同 La Fleur 都唔收corkage, 不過地方就差少少

La Fleur 在灣仔進教圍, 即係星街附近
食物幾ok, 特別seafood platter, 次次都掂
不過始終小店形式, 酒具一般, 而且比較嘈
如果一班人柴娃娃, 嘻嘻哈就幾好
想fine dining 就差d

Le Mieux就真係抵玩
幾舊水抵得上酒店d水準同服務
缺點係位置: 柴灣工廠大廠入面, 同menu成年唔變一次, 所以一年去兩次都好夠
餐廳環境就幾好, 有十個人可以book間vip房 (不過要早book)
可以睇睇以下既comment

it is a good reference for price checking, but reference only.  i have checked the price for 2000 & 2001, they are selling at less than A$100, but i think A$155 for 2001 is still a good deal.  for the 1995, i am interested in that certainly, pls bring one for me if you have capacity, thanks
